Wow

I think I died....well maybe not..."died" but the blog sure did. Sorry about that. I got homeless, then I got better.

Here's a small preview of progress so you know I actually have been working.

(The walls of the city loom over me like a tidal-wave of stone and metal, ever present but never able to crest to peak and fall upon me. The gate to the city was no less impressive. It had ornamental decorations thrashing about upon the edges. Gold leaf on the head of the lion adorned the center, the symbol of the city showing proud even in the dark. The screeching of the impressive door as it opened showing years of use in the heavy noise. The kindly stranger was oh so helpful in dragging me across the threshold of the city. He (or she?) had found me laying in a heap of half-frozen flesh in the snow and had figured me for dead. The wind was stifled in these encompassing walls, trapped on the out side, by design, nevertheless the snow was thick inside the walls. The first billing to greet me, and the only one to be accessible at all directly inside the walls, was the Immigration Office, a rather small office considering the size of the city. A hitched roof dusted in snow with a brick face disguised a modern inside. Once inside the temperature razed only slightly above freezing. Are all billings like this one here? The kindly stranger said ther good byes. The woman siting on the other side of the desk was not so kind, "Oturmak!" ....what? I can only imagine the look of confusion on my face.)

See? Work.
